**Gazeta: Preserving Stories and Building Comunidad** Gazeta is a platform for creators, storytellers, poets, and thinkers to share their words and traditions in a space built for lasting impact—not fleeting attention. Inspired by the *tertulias* of Valle del Cauca, we aim to create a digital gathering place for rich conversations, ideas, tales, and reflections that deserve a permanent place in the world. Unlike other media platforms, Gazeta is an open-source project with an archive-first approach, ensuring that our community’s thoughts and voices are honored and accessible across generations. For our MVP, we’ll make it simple and intentional: creators can sign up, publish articles, and manage their own subscriptions. They’ll have the option to keep pieces private or share them widely. Readers will be able to support the voices they love through subscriptions, and as we grow, we’ll build an editorial team to curate standout pieces and elevate powerful stories. With Gazeta, we’re here to support creators in our community, give their ideas a stage, and archive them with care. This project will build on our *Markket* infrastructure and Strapi backend, creating a custom frontend template just for Gazeta’s unique flow and aesthetics. Let’s give voices in our community a place to belong and inspire.
